Are you like me and make to-do lists? Are they like mine and grow rather than
diminish? It wouldn’t be so bad if you
could at least get through the list before having to add something else to
it. But alas, that never seemed to
happen. I felt I was on a treadmill.
I mulled this over in my mind for some time and
decided to implement something that was told to me years ago by a work
colleague. Concentrate on small successes.
Instead of trying to tackle every item on my list, I
chose one. I put the rest out of my
mind, and concentrated on getting it done to my satisfaction. I was amazed at the sense of accomplishment I
felt when it was completed.
I will have to try this! I am a list person and have multiple "to do lists" for different areas of my life. I know my lists are too long- but I can't help it. I am going to try to tackle the small things and be happy with my accomplishments! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Jess, and thanks for commenting. I find it works for me. Working on one thing and getting it completed is better than working of three and not getting anything finished.
